Note: the security deposit is collected during check-in and is refundable. The weekly cleaning fee is deducted from the security deposit.
ELS rate: To qualify for the ELS rate, you must attend the San Francisco North-Bay ELS Language Center in San Rafael during your stay at the student home. Reservations and payment must be made through ELS or an ELS agent. For additional terms and conditions, contact ELS.
Prepay rate: To qualify for the prepay rate, the total rent must be paid by bank transfer within one week of making your reservations. Prepaid rent is non-refundable. Please refer to our additional terms and conditions.
Regular rate: To qualify for the regular rate, 25% of the total rent must be paid by bank transfer within one week of making your reservations. The remaining 75% are due in 4-week intervals with the first payment due upon arrival; payments can be maid in cash, checks or travelers checks. All rent payments are non-refundable.
