Conditions. To qualify for this promotion, you must stay at least 12 weeks at the student home and make your reservation directly through us. The total rent must be paid by bank transfer one week after making your reservation and before checking in. Note that prepaid rent is non-refundable.
You must be a full-time student at ELS San Rafael (the San Francisco North-Bay ELS Language Center) to qualify for this promotion. All other students pay $10 per week more.
