Life at the home
San Rafael student home: check-in / check-out
We look forward to welcoming you at our student home. When you check in, our manager will welcome you, show you the student home, explain the rules, and introduce you to the other students. We will also collect the security deposit and any unpaid rent.

Check-in time: 12:00 noon - 10:00 pm on Sunday before the ELS course starts (see days below).

If you cannot arrive during the check-in day and time, please notify ELS. If your arrival is delayed, please call the manager of the student home at +1-888-807-3460.
Security deposit: remember that we will collect a $200 security deposit when you arrive so please bring cash or travelers checks.
Check-in time: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm every day.
Make an appointment: you must make an appointment for your check-in (if you don't make an appointment, our manager will not be at the student home to meet you and you won't be able to enter). Please email us your arrival time as soon as possible: sanrafael@sunrisehomesinternational.com
If you are late: if your arrival is delayed (for example, if your flight is delayed), please call the manager at +1-888-807-3460. If you cannot arrive by 9:00 pm, please stay at a hotel and check in the next day. We are sorry but you cannot check in after 9:00 pm.
Security deposit: remember that we will collect a $400 security deposit when you arrive so please bring cash or travelers checks.
Checking out of the student home
Please check out during the scheduled check-out time. You need to collect all your items (including food in the refrigerator) before you checkout. During the check-out, our manager will check your room for damages.
Check-out time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
If you want to leave earlier: if you need to check out earlier, you have to make an appointment with our manager as early as possible.
Security deposit: we will usually refund your security deposit in cash when you check out.
