I'm Thais, from Brazil and I have lived for a long time at Student Home and I would like to say something....
In my opinion the first good thing to live in Student Home is the opportunity to know students of all the world, get a long with them and you can learn many things about others cultures.
The Student Home is a very good localization, close downtown.

The Student Home is a nice place to be if you are studying English. You share the house with people of different countries so this is a good way to practice English. You also can learn different things about other cultures, like, food, and ways to think. After some weeks your roommates will be like your family because they share all with you. I think the Student Home is a very good place to live.

I have been living in the Student Home for four months. When I came here, I felt a little bit strange because I thought it was just a dormitory but when living here I became very satisfied.

The reasons are two:

First, I can learn about other countries’ cultures by living with other students. I can experience how cultures are different and what prejudices I have.

Second, our Student Home is like a family, because we all live together and we are always together cooking, cleaning, and having fun activities like playing table tennis and going on trips. I recommend living in this Student Home. I think this is better than living at homestay.

My father has always told me there is nothing like home. The Student Home is a welcoming place where I found new meanings for the words work, responsibility and especially friendship. From my stay at the Student Home I will take with me unforgettable and really good memories and experiences. The first time I arrived at the Student Home I met the manager, he is very nice. The Student Home is very comfortable and clean, so I like it! I live with other students in the same house, and I am so happy, they are all very kind. The first day they took me to ELS. In my class are two students who also live in the Student Home. We can get to know each other, and they are willing to help me. So I really like living in the Student Home.

I have lived in the Student Home for one month. I think it is very comfortable for me, and it is very free, you can do anything you want. The facilities in the house are very good. Here is very clean, and there is a cleaner coming to clean our house. I like the house. The garden is very nice, there are many fruit trees around the house, such as apple trees, orange trees, peach trees and so on, and, of course, you can eat the fruits and they are delicious. And the neighbors are very friendly. I really like the Student Home.
