At the Santa Barbara Student Home™ only international students live
together in their own house. It’s like a home! Students

The House
The Santa Barbara Student Home™ is a two-story building with 8
bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are private and shared
bedrooms, a common living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a
second kitchenette for the girls, a
recreation room, many patios and a yard. The house is divided into
male section and a female section.

We have many beautiful bedrooms and different room types:

remodeled.

The Bathrooms
The bathrooms are usually shared by only 2-3 students. All
bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and/or showers, sink, toilet and
storage space for personal items. We provide each
student with a fresh towel so you don't need to bring your
own towels. However, please bring your own toiletries
and hair dryer.
Facilities
There are many rooms where students can mingle, study and
relax. There is high-speed Wi-Fi Internet in the
entire house.

Safety and Rules
We want to ensure that all
students are very safe and secure while at the Student
Home™.
- The Santa Barbara Student
Home™ is located in a safe residential area.
- All bedrooms have
locks. Each student receives a key for their own bedroom and
for the outside doors.
- We have a CCTV system with 16 video cameras to keep
all students safe and secure.
- There are exterior lights with motion detectors.
- We have house rules that all students must follow to stay
safe and comfortable.

The Santa Barbara Student
Home™ is in a very good location in Santa Barbara
(California):
- it's safe;
- it's very near many cheap restaurants and stores (3
minutes walking);
- it's near downtown (15 minutes walking) which is famous
for its many stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, cinemas and
more;
- it's near schools: ELS, Kaplan Aspect and SBCC;
- the beach is 2.8 km away.

It’s
easy to get around in Santa Barbara with many
transportation options!
There is a bus stop near the Student
Home™ so you can easily reach
SBCC, UCSB, nearby cities, and
all points of interest. And there is a shuttle bus
downtown.
