About San Rafael

San Rafael is the center of Marin County: it’s the oldest, largest and most culturally diverse city in Marin, it enjoys the best weather in Marin, there are numerous shopping options ranging from small stores to a large mall, and it offers unique dining experiences with more than 150 restaurants from Sushi to British pubs to Italian and California cuisine. San Rafael also allows for a large variety of outdoor activities and short trips to such wonderful nearby places as San Francisco and the world-famous Napa Valley wine region.
