Students are considered to be regular tenants. There is an orientation at the time of arrival during which the house rules are explained. Each student is asked to agree in writing to the house rules. Important rules include:

• Minimum age: 17 years
• No smoking indoors
• Quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am
• "No-guest hours" from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am
• Cleanliness: students must keep the Student Home™ clean

All students must follow our house rules so that every student feels comfortable at our Student Home™.
