• To confirm your reservation, you must pay a non-refundable 25% deposit of the
total rent within one week of making your reservations by bank transfer.
• You must pay the remaining 75% balance of your rent when you arrive (cash,
checks or travelers checks).
• All rent payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Language Center during
your stay at the Student Home.
• Make your reservations and payment through ELS.

** ELS Pre-Pay Discount:
To qualify for the ELS Pre-Pay Discount, you must…
1) attend the ELS Language Center San Rafael during your stay at
the Student Home;
2) make your reservations directly through us (see below);
3) pay the total rent within one week of making your reservations
by bank transfer;
4) note that prepaid rent is non-refundable under
any circumstances;

We will inform you quickly if we have a room
available and send you an invoice with payment instructions
