 Check-In We are looking forward to welcoming you at our Student Home™. When you check in, our staff will be there to welcome you, show you the Student Home™, explain the rules, and introduce you to the other students; we will also collect the security deposit and any unpaid rent when you arrive.
Reminder: We will collect your security deposit ($400 or $500, depending on room) in cash or travelers checks and any unpaid rent when you check in. How to get Here: There are a few different options to get to the Student Home: 1) Contact your school - they might have a pick-up service. 2) From the San Francisco airport (SFO): Take the “Marin Airporter” bus (outside the arrival hall) to the San Rafael Transit Center. The bus goes every 30 minutes and takes about 1:15 hour; it costs about $20. From the bus stop in San Rafael, take a taxi to the Student Home at 179 Los Ranchitos Road (about $10). Check-Out Please check out during the scheduled check-out time. You need to collect all your items (including food in the refrigerator) before you checkout. During the check-out, our manager will check the room for damages. Check-Out Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm If you need to check out earlier, you have to make an appointment with our manager as early as possible. Security Deposit: We will usually refund your security deposit in cash when you check out. |
