To qualify for the ELS Pre-Pay Discount, you must…
1) attend the ELS
Language Center San Rafael during your stay at the
Student
Home;
2) make your
reservations directly through us;
3) pay the total
rent within one week of making your reservations by bank
transfer;

prepaid rent is non-refundable under any circumstances.
