Q: How do I apply?
A: Just click APPLY and follow the instructions.

Q: Can I choose my room?
A: Yes, we will try to honor your room request. The earlier you apply the better your chances of getting the exact room you want.

Q: What about my roommate? Can I choose that too?
A: Absolutely, we also accept roommate requests. Just let us know and we will try to honor your request.

Q: Can I arrive early or late?
A: Please try to arrive during our regular arrival times. However, if you need to arrive earlier or later, we will try to accommodate you. Please inform us as early as possible.

Q: Are there any meals included?
A: No, we don’t offer any meals. However, there are inexpensive restaurants near the Student Home™, and in San Rafael you can also purchase inexpensive meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the school cafeteria (please ask the ELS office in San Rafael for more information).

Q: Are there laundry machines?
A: Yes, we have coin-operated laundry machines for your convenience.

Q: Is there a desk for every student?
A: Of course, every student has their own desk with internet access.

Q: Can I use the Internet at the Student Home?
A: Of course, we offer free high-speed wireless Internet in every Student Home.

Q: What if I need help?
A: We have a 24-hour helpline, and our property managers are very friendly and helpful. Please call whenever you need help.
