Sunrise Homes International, Inc. is a residential property management company specializing in providing a home for international students during their studies in the USA.

Founded in 2003, we are a young company with new and creative ideas and little overhead. Our property managers are not only experts in maintaining our properties, but they are also experienced in communicating with international students and addressing their various needs. We enjoy the interaction with our residents, we care for their wellbeing, and we give our best to provide them with a wonderful living experience in our properties.

The Student Home™ Difference
Because our properties provide a perfect living experience for international students, we call them “Student Home™”. Here is what makes our Student Homes™ better than other accommodations:

Student Community: Students in our Student Homes™ easily make friends from all over the world! Students live together like a family: they eat together at the large dining room table, they play ping-pong or watch a movie, they sit together in the yard and chat, they take turns cooking their countries’ favorite food for the student community, they go together on weekend trips, and they help each other with the homework.

Great Location: Our Student Homes™ are located in safe, residential neighborhoods near schools, stores, restaurants, and public transportation.

Everything Included: All properties are tastefully furnished with modern quality furniture and equipped with TVs, microwave ovens and other amenities. High-speed Internet and local phone service are included free of charge, along with all other utilities.

Always Helpful: We want to make sure that all our students enjoy their stay in the USA. We are available to assist with any big or small problem, questions about living in the USA, or simply some help with the homework. Students always have access to our onsite assistants, our friendly managers, or our 24-hour helpline.
